¡Especialmente la ubicación de Villa Sarai es muy buena! Es inmediatamente la primera villa cuando ingresa a la urbanización al pie de la montaña, lo que hace que sea muy fácil caminar hasta el centro o la playa. No encontrará muchas villas independientes con piscina privada tan cerca del centro, pero Villa Sarai lo tiene todo.
Al llegar a la villa hay un aparcamiento privado en el mismo nivel que la calle. A través de una escalera exterior se llega a la puerta de entrada de Villa Sarai. La villa tiene una amplia sala de estar luminosa con puertas que dan al jardín, un salón muy espacioso y una cocina totalmente equipada. Desde el pasillo se llega a los 3 dormitorios, 1 con baño en suite y puertas que dan a la terraza adyacente a la piscina. En este mismo nivel se encuentran los otros 2 dormitorios y 1 baño completo. Entonces no hay escaleras en la villa, todo está en el mismo nivel, excepto las escaleras del estacionamiento.
Un salón / dormitorio adicional con 2 camas se encuentra en la otra parte separada de la villa, que también tiene una segunda cocina. Este es un estudio ubicado detrás de la villa.
No es muy grande por fuera, pero eso lo hace muy agradable. Hay tumbonas alrededor de la piscina para tomar el sol. Y entre la villa y la segunda parte independiente hay una terraza con una gran mesa de comedor junto a una barbacoa de piedra. También hay un toldo grande con paños que puede cerrar cuando hace demasiado calor o dejarlo abierto cuando no puede estar lo suficientemente caliente para usted.
