At the end of the boulevard towards Fenals is a somewhat quiet street where this unique apartment is located. On arrival you can use the remote control to open the large gate and enter the parking garage with your car. The apartment is located on the first floor. From the parking garage you can take the elevator or the stairs to this floor.
The apartment has its own entrance, upon entering you enter a spacious bright hall. Immediately to your left are two bedrooms with double beds and a bathroom with bath/shower, washbasin, toilet and bidet.
Continuing through the hall you get to your right the kitchen with an open area to the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a separate area where the washing machine is located. At the end of the hall you enter the living room with sliding doors to the garden where you can eat outside or enjoy the sun. From here you also have a view over the sea.
To the left of the living room is the master bedroom with a really nice large mattress (Dutch size!) and adjacent is the bathroom en suite. This bathroom also has a bath/shower, sink, toilet and bidet.
1 floor higher you come to the beautifully landscaped garden with communal swimming pools, 1 of which is especially for the little ones.
