This villa has a spacious garage and private parking area so if you come by car you can safely park it on own plot.
Up the stairs to reach the entrance of the house you will enter in the hall where you have access to the kitchen (with pantry), both the living room adjacent to the balcony / terrace where you can enjoy one of the great views the Villa has to offer.
From the living room back into the hallway you go up the stairs to reach the top floor. Here there are 4 bedrooms (3 x double bedroom). And at the large vide, which is located above the living room and where you can look down into the living room, there is place for another 3-4 persons to sleep.
Also on the first floor there are 2 modern bathrooms (with shower).
From the three bedrooms you have access to a balcony located on the front of the villa. From here you walk straight into the garden and of course again you can enjoy that great panoramic views.
There is also a very intimate terrace located between the bedrooms where you can enjoy the complete privacy on one of the sun loungers.
