Villa Ruz is thé place for a fantastic holiday! A brand new villa offers you everything you expect from a holiday villa! The house is full of luxury. From spacious bedrooms to a modern kitchen and a lovely garden with an amazing view and private pool! Villa Ruz offers you lots of space, plenty of privacy and stunning views!
At villa Ruz you can all day enjoy the Spanish sun! Lying at the pool or with a good book on your terrace! The BBQ place will complete it all! A lovely evening dinner is easily made! The ideal end of a lovely summer day! A delicious dinner, a fantastic view and spend time with your family or friends!
On the ground floor of the villa you will find the living room, very spacious and has access to the lovely garden with your own private pool, a barbecue, a nice sitting area and sun loungers by the pool! Besides the living room you can find the kitchen, a toilet and laundry room on this floor!
On the first floor are the bedrooms, the master bedroom with a bathroom en suite. For the other two bedrooms there is another large bathroom on this floor.
The second floor is the floor where you enter the villa, the hall has a great view of the area! Besides the hall is the last bedroom with a toilet and sink.
The villa has two parking spaces. One is next to the front door. And the other is all the way down, you can park your car in the garage and reach the garden by taking a stairs! Through a series of steps to reach the garden.
