Villa Palmera is situated at the urbanisation Rocca Grossa. An ideal location for a holiday! The villa is close to the beach and the center of Lloret de Mar. Arriving at you holiday home you will straight away notice the beautiful Pine trees (typical for the Costa Brava ) that gives villa Palmera a special aura.
Upon arrival you can park your car easily in the garage which is available for you and is situated on street level. By taking a view steps up you reach the garden en spacious terrace and around the big private pool (10 x 5). From the lounge area you can enjoy the amazing view! From the garden you reach the seperate apartment on the ground floor of the villa, with its own bathroom and place for 3 persons.
By taking another stairs you will arrive at the main villa. It contains a middle floor with a nice and spacious living room, a dining area and a full equipped kitchen. The main villa has 2 large terraces, one in front of the villa and one at the back. This last one has a barbecue so you can enjoy a nice dinner with friends or family. From the terrace in front of the villa you will have a lovely view over the Mediterrenean Sea!
On the same floor you'll find 2 bedrooms (each for 2 persons, 1 double an 2 singles) and a complete bathroom.
Through the open stairs in the livingroom you reach the top floor of the villa where you'll find another 2 bedrooms each one for 2 persons. In front of these bedrooms there is a balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view!
To be short your holiday home has it all to offer you and your friends and family lots of privacy and a unforgettable holiday!
