Villa Eme is located in the urbanization Serra Brava. This urbanization is located on the main road from Lloret de Mar to Tossa de Mar in the green hills. From the entrance of the urbanization you've reached the villa within 5 minutes.
This brand new villa has a private swimming pool and offers plenty of privacy. You can park your car, if desired, in the garage, from the garage you can enter the villa, but also from the outside.
On the same level of the garage are two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a bunk bed and a bathroom.
From the main entrance you step through the hallway into the living room, on your right hands side you will find a fireplace with a lovely sitting area. On your left hand side there is the table with enough chairs for everyone, the interior is luxurious! Adjacent to the living room you will find the most complete and modern kitchen.
From the living room you enter the spacious terrace in front of the villa, where you can enjoy the wonderful view over the Mediterranean Sea.
Upstairs are three bedrooms, one of them has a bathroom en suite. Two bedrooms have a double bed, the other has two single beds. They are all three bright and very well finished!
From this floor you step through the back door to a lovely terrace which shows the path that takes you up to the private pool with a magnificent view over the Mediterranean Sea. The whole path is lit at night and protected by a fence.
The villa is within walking distance of a supermarket, a playground, soccer field, tennis court and a restaurant with a large communal pool.
The villa is only five to ten minutes drive to the lovely beach Canyelles, walking is also an option, but will be about twenty to thirty minutes.
The villa is ideal for families or groups. If you are in company of more than ten persons, we can offer the villa next to Villa EmeII. This villa is almost identical to Villa Eme II, also with private pool and accommodate ten people.
