This holidayvilla is situated just outside the busy centre of Lloret de Mar in the urbanisation Rocca Grossa. Just a 10 minute drive from the center! An ideal location if you would like to enjoy a quiet holiday at the villa and aswell want to spend some time on the lovely beach of Lloret de Mar!
Arriving at your villa you can park your car on private parking or just in front of the villa. Taking the stairs up you will arrive at the entrance of the villa which leads you to the first floor where you find the livingroom, the fully equipped kitchen, the bathroom, the three bedrooms, two of them with entrance to the large terrace where you can enjoy with your family or friends of a nice barbecue or a drink.
Standing at the front door you can take the stairs up which leads you to your private pool with an amazing sea view! One of the places of the villa where you will spend a lot of of time during your holiday. The swimming pool is located behind the house.
