Are you looking for a villa in a quiet area where you can enjoy the fine Spanish temperatures and only 15 minutes drive from the nice center of Lloret de Mar? Than is villa Clyde the villa you've been looking for!
A comfortable and luxurious villa with great swimming pool situated on a quiet dead end street in an urbanisation between the cities Lloret de Mar and Vidreres!
The villa has a large parking area with enough parking place for all the cars! You can walk from here to the front door at the leftside of the villa. You will enter the villa on the second floor. Here you have the five bedrooms and two bathrooms.
At the end of the hall you will find the master bedroom with views over the area. It is a very spacious bedroom with a flat screen tv, a lovely large terrace and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi!
There are four more bedrooms. One bedrooms has got a bunk with under a double bed and above a single bed. Another has a double bed and the last two bedrooms have two single beds. Also there is an upstairs bathroom with bath, shower, toilet and sink. The other bathroom is located downstairs and contains a shower, toilet and sink.
Via the stairs you enter the spacious living room with cozy sitting area with flat screen TV, dining table and a nice bar for a cocktail! Next to the bar is the kitchen with all equipment you need to prepare a delicious dinner or lunch for your friends and family
From the living room you will reach the large terrace! Here you can enjoy your own private swimming pool or enjoy with the family a delightful barbecue with stone barbecue!
A beautiful villa to relax and enjoy in the Spanish sun! By car you can easily reach the lovely center of Lloret de Mar with its many restautants, cafes and shops and ofcourse the beautiful beach!
