Villa Casablanca is a spacious and bright villa in a quiet part of the urbanization Serra Brava near Lloret de Mar. The villa is just 4 km away from the beautiful beach of Canyelles.
The entrance is on the top floor, here are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one en-suite. By a staircase you will reach the floor below where the living room is with adjacent kitchen. On this floor is also the fourth bedroom and third bedroom.
This detached villa has a spacious garage where you can park your car if required. Also can the car be parked easily on the street.
The urbanization Serra Brava is a very quiet residential area, situated in the green hills along the coast between Lloret de Mar and Tossa de Mar. Because this area was built on a hill, it offers you a magnificent view over the green hills of the Costa Brava and the Mediterranean. The district has a restaurant with communal pool, tennis courts, soccer field, playgrounds and a supermarket.
This villa is ideal for family or group of friends because of the privacy!
