Casa Scorpi is a very broad, including independent upper house on the left side of the villa terrace for sun and shade. Here is also the completely free entrance to the house.
The beautiful, spacious living room with TV, DVD and fireplace is furnished with authentic to a large dining table and a comfortable leather couch. The living room and two of the three bedrooms you enter the large balcony and enjoy the beautiful views, caressed by the morning sun.
The kitchen has a fridge-freezer, stove, microwave, coffee machine, kettle, etc. There are two bathrooms, one with bidet, toilet, sink and bathtub, the other with bath, washbasin and toilet. There are three bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. One of the bedrooms has a double bed, on the other two are 2 resp. 3 single beds.
Casa del Condado is in Scorpi Jaruco, perhaps the most beautiful urbanization of Lloret de Mar, 5 minutes from the beautiful bays and beaches of Lloret and Lloret.
The supermarket is within walking distance from the house.
