Villa Eva is a nice and well maintained villa with large garden and amazing views over the sea and the beautiful area. Once you are through the gate you will be impressed by the size of your villa and the garden!

Villa Eva has a very nice typical Spanish garden. This garden has everything you need for a fantastic holiday! You have your own private swimming pool of 50m². There are several terraces to enjoy with your friends or family of the pleasant Spanish temperatures while having a nice glass of Sangria! There is also a lovely stone terrace with a barbecue in the middle for a good barbecue on one of the nice summer evenings!

The villa consists of two parts, the villa and an independent apartment with three bedrooms, a bathroom and a private entrance. Ideal for family! The entrance of the villa can be reached by a covered terrace. For the fantastic views you have take the stairs to the terrace above the covered terrace! It´s amazing!

You enter the house in the scullery with an extra refrigerator, microwave, wasmachine and dryer. From the scullery you walk into the large kitchen which is fully equipped. From the corridor you reach the two double bedrooms, a bathroom and a very spacious living room with an closed veranda with a nice lounge set. The doors of the veranda can be opened so you can enjoy the sun inside your house!

The entrance of the apartment is accessible from the other side of the villa. The apartment can accommodate 6 people. Ideal if you are with several families for the teenagers who would like to sleep together!

Villa Eva has also a great location! It is very quiet and offers lots of privacy and yet within a 10 minute drive you are in the nice center and beach of Blanes!
